Chaudhary Charan Singh University, also known as Meerut University was established in 1965 is located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, named after former prime minister of India Chaudhary Charan Singh.

The University offers education and training keeping in mind their relevance in the developing world to the aspirants across the country.

The University offers postgraduate (M.A/M.Sc./M.Sc.Ag/M.Ed/M.B.A) and research (M.Phil. and Ph.D.) courses in conventional UGC-aided courses as well as self-financed career-oriented courses.
