Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Universty, Agra also known as Agra University was established in historic city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh in 1927. Agra has a world-famed monument the Taj Mahal. The university is one of the oldest institutions in India and is approved from University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. Large numbers of courses are provided through different university departments in humanities, sciences and commerce streams. The Institute of Engineering & Technology located at Khandari is one of the well-known institutes of university for providing training in engineering sciences and technologies.
